1. Check out the Friday night Farmers Market & Classic Car Cruise-In at the North Beach Boardwalk! This awesome market happens every Friday night from May thru October.

2. Make some art - Calvert County has a couple different places to get creative - Wine & Design in North Beach (yes, they have kids classes) and The Pottery Patch in Dunkirk.

3. Take a Hike - The American Chestnut Land Trust has a few awesome hiking trails in central Calvert. Take some time with nature and hike one of their many trails.

4. Raise awareness for Down Syndrome - Head to Karsyn's Karnival at Cove Point Park on May 20th to raise awareness about down syndrome. This is a great event and the whole community is invited.

5. Take in a story - Head to one of Calvert Library's 4 campuses to hear a story. There are several story times throughout the day at each campus. Check out our calendar for days and times.
